- Not Satisfied with Your Order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving the product, in a new condition without visible wear, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the item, if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the exchange is not due to our error.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Low-Quality Items
If the product is defective or not functioning properly, please inform us. For a quick resolution, please contact us via support@maisonarigato.com including a photograph showing the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will send replacements as soon as we confirm the situation; there is no need to return the defective items. We will use this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

- Cancellation of Unshipped Orders
If you cancel your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us via support@maisonarigato.com. For a quick resolution, please include your order number. Thank you!
- Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If you cancel orders when your package has already been shipped or is on its way to its destination, please contact us and kindly refuse to accept the package, as we cannot recall it at that time. We will refund your payment after deducting the shipping fees. The refund will be processed once the package returns.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by an accident
- Incorrect maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Color and material degradation due to sun exposure
- Aftermarket modifications
No returns/exchanges will be accepted for products exposed to water.

You Can Get a Full Refund
- If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.
- If you have not received your product within 90 business days (South America) following the date of placing your order.
Please note: the refund will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
SHIPPING FEES
